My name is Paul McNeil — entrepreneur, author, motivational speaker, minister, and father. Everything I do is rooted in one mission: helping people step into the fullness of who they were created to be.
I wrote Charging For Greater as a guide — something I wish I had as I was stepping into manhood. I didn't have that man in my life who could show me the ropes for the stages I was about to be standing on. So I wrote the book I needed. And now, everything we build at Vision Focused is an extension of that same calling.
